World Cup 2014: Fiasco Cameroon against efficient Croatia: 0-4

Rio de Janeiro — Cameroon's soccer players left the pitch in Manaus shamefacedly. The
African team suffered a heavy defeat against Croatia: 0-4. With this result, Cameroon is eliminated at World Cup 2014 in Brazil.
|It was not only the final score that caused embarrassment in the Cameronese soccer team.
One minute before half time,
Alexandre Songshowed a striking motion towards Mario Mandzukic and was punished by the Portuguese referee Pedro Proenca with a red card.
Ivica Olic had already put the Croatians in the lead in the 11th minute.
Cameroon started the soccer match against Croatia already weakened. Star player
Samuel Eto'owas missing due to a knee injury. Coach Volker Finke choose Vincent Aboubakar as a replacement for Eto'o. But that was clearly not a gain for Team Cameroon.
In the second half, Cameroon was reduced to ten soccer players against eleven Croats and had absolutely no chance. After three minutes Ivan Perisic decided the game: 2-0. Centre forward
Mandzukicthen scored two goals more for Croatia: 0-4.
Next Monday, Croatia will play against the national soccer team of Mexico to determine who will qualify for the quarter finals. The Croats have a point less than Brasil and Mexico. The host country Brazil will meet the already eliminated Cameroon in the third and last match of the group stage.
